It is therefore in violation with copyright laws to copy any material from this site, without express written permission from the author, unless specified otherwise.

Artwork and content

All content is hand-made without copying a word from any other websites. All artwork is hand-made using free software, including but not limited to Inkscape, a free SVG editor for vector-based graphics, and The GIMP, a free picture editor for pixel-based graphics.

Software

All software, be it applications or VCL components, are bound by the same copyright laws. Each download package contains a license.txt file that must be obeyed in order to be allowed to use the package. In any case can the author never be held liable for damage arising from the usage of the package, in any form. Copying and distribution of these packages is allowed, so long as the packages remain free and remain original in every possible way. For more details, see the license.txt file in the individual packages.

Privacy

Our privacy statement is clear, without needless terms and conditions. Your privacy is not violated on this website, nor does this site violate local (Dutch) privacy laws. The webserver keeps logs of each and every hit to the site, but does not log the users or their origins into readable statistics. The logs are solely for administrative purposes. Furthermore, this website will not ask for e-mail addresses or other personal information, unless this is imperative for further operation (such as in a contact form). Also, cookies on this site are used for maintaining session state and for rudimentary browser-detection, but not for tracking purposes.
